We deliver training in four primary formats: in-person workshops held at your facility or at our Montréal training centre; live virtual sessions via Zoom or Microsoft Teams; blended programmes that combine periodic in-person days with ongoing virtual micro-lessons; and one-on-one executive coaching conducted either in person or remotely. Each format is designed to maximise engagement and practical application. Our virtual offerings use breakout rooms, live polling and collaborative whiteboards to replicate the interactivity of a physical classroom. For organisations with geographically dispersed teams, the blended model is especially popular because it provides consistency of content while reducing travel costs.

Programme length depends on the scope and depth of the learning objectives. Our standalone workshops typically run two to four consecutive days. Blended programmes unfold over three to six months, with one or two in-person days per month supplemented by weekly 45-minute virtual sessions and self-directed learning modules. Executive coaching engagements usually span three to six months with bi-weekly one-hour sessions. We also offer half-day "spark" sessions on focused topics such as giving feedback, running effective meetings or managing remote teams — ideal for lunch-and-learn formats or team off-sites.

Customisation is at the heart of our approach. Every engagement begins with a thorough needs assessment that includes stakeholder interviews, a review of existing performance data and, where possible, observation of team dynamics. We then tailor case studies, role-play scenarios and discussion prompts to reflect the specific challenges and language of your industry. We have developed custom curricula for clients in healthcare technology, manufacturing, financial services, non-profit management, retail and professional services. This ensures that participants see immediate relevance and can apply new skills from day one.

We recommend 12 to 20 participants per workshop cohort. This range is large enough to generate diverse perspectives and rich discussion, yet small enough for our facilitators to provide individualised attention and feedback. For larger organisations that need to train many managers, we run multiple cohorts in sequence or in parallel with co-facilitators. Executive coaching is always conducted one-on-one to ensure complete confidentiality and personalisation.

We use a multi-layered evaluation model. Immediately after each session, participants complete a reaction survey assessing content relevance, facilitator effectiveness and overall satisfaction. At 30, 60 and 90 days post-programme, our proprietary impact tracker sends brief pulse surveys to both participants and their direct reports. These surveys measure observable changes in communication, delegation, team engagement and decision-making quality. We compile the data into an executive summary report that includes quantitative scores and qualitative themes, giving your HR and leadership teams clear evidence of return on investment.

Our facilitators hold advanced degrees in organisational psychology, business administration or adult education, and each has a minimum of ten years of leadership experience in corporate or institutional settings. Many hold certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Association for Talent Development (ATD) or equivalent bodies. Beyond credentials, we select facilitators for their ability to create psychologically safe learning environments, ask powerful questions and adapt in real time to the needs of the group. Every facilitator undergoes an annual calibration process to ensure consistency and quality across all programmes.

Yes. As a Montréal-based firm, we are fully bilingual. All of our core programmes are available in both English and French, and several facilitators are comfortable delivering in either language within the same session when needed. Materials, workbooks and digital resources are also provided in the participant's preferred language. For organisations operating in other regions of Canada or internationally, we can arrange delivery in additional languages through our network of certified partner facilitators.

We understand that business priorities shift. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled start date receive a full refund. Cancellations between 15 and 30 days out are eligible for a 50 % refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, though participant substitutions are always welcome. For executive coaching, either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice; any unused prepaid sessions will be refunded on a prorated basis. Full policy details are provided in the service agreement at the time of registration.

Absolutely. We believe that lasting behaviour change requires reinforcement beyond the classroom. Every programme includes 90 days of post-programme support, which may consist of refresher micro-courses delivered via email, access to our online resource library, and an invitation to our quarterly alumni networking events where past participants share challenges and best practices. For blended and coaching engagements, ongoing check-in calls are built into the programme structure. Additional support packages — such as follow-up half-day workshops or extended coaching — can be arranged at preferential rates for returning clients.

Pricing varies based on the format, duration, level of customisation and number of participants. As a general guide, a two-day in-person workshop for up to 20 participants starts at approximately $8,500 CAD, while a six-month blended programme for a similar group typically ranges from $25,000 to $40,000 CAD. Executive coaching engagements are priced per session or as a package. We provide detailed proposals after the initial consultation so you can evaluate costs against your budget and expected outcomes. We are also happy to discuss phased rollouts that spread investment over multiple fiscal quarters.
